Yoni, chakra’s and the feminine divine.

Come and join us to find out how your femininity is your strongest power in creating a stronger body by reconnecting to your feminine Yoni centre.
We coach and educate you through our fitness programmes to create the strong foundation you need, but we also guide you through the deeper energetic elements to support you in your awareness of the connection between mind-body-spirit to give you tools to heal yourself and make a difference in your life. :

Flexibility Workshop

Forget pushing yourself, let's focus on giving yourself space to feel and just BE.

Ease yourself into winter and prioritise yourself, this workshop is all about helping you to improve your mobility, address any posture niggles, de-stress and give you some strategies to reduce the aches and pains that are so common to the life we live.

Many women simply ‘put up’ with muscular aches and pains when there are simple solutions available to everyone. The simple, effective techniques are an excellent addition to any training or just as a part of daily life.

Join us for our Flexibility Workshop where you can learn, and enjoy,  simple ways to ‘release’ tight muscles that draw on self-massage, myofascial movement, Yoga and Pilates traditions.

Alongside the work with foam rollers and simple body stretches, we also use simple meditation and nervous system down-training.

This is for literally anyone who feels that they need to give flexibility a little more attention, or who simply wants a lovely evening of relaxation and release muscle tightness!

Doing nothing isn’t lazy.

Doing nothing is just being. Being you. Rediscovering you. Being without the need to control the outcome, to just flow and relax. The times it is most difficult the sit still when our mind is racing and muscles tense, is the exact moment to slow down, reset, recharge. Feel.
