Ease into the month and prioritise yourself, this workshop is all about helping you to improve your mobility, address any posture niggles, de-stress and give you some strategies to reduce the aches and pains that are so common to the life we live.
Many women simply ‘put up’ with muscular aches and pains when there are simple solutions available to everyone. The simple, effective techniques are an excellent addition to any training or just as a part of daily life.
Join us in Flexibility where you can learn, and enjoy, simple ways to ‘release’ tight muscles that draw on self-massage, myofascial movement, Yoga and Pilates traditions.
Alongside the work with foam rollers and simple body stretches, we also use simple meditation and nervous system down-training.
This is for literally anyone who feels that they need to give flexibility a little more attention, or who simply wants a lovely evening of relaxation and release muscle tightness!
You will first complete our Pre-Screen before joining us, so we know where you are on your fitness and soul awakening journey.
Women are busy and the pace of life is getting faster and faster, and currently we are living in a world of increasing pressure and stress and the need to release tight muscles is more important than ever.
We give women ‘space to feel’! We are expected to juggle multiple balls daily and carry the mental load of the family too in many cases. We need to stop allowing ourselves to be busy and to value stillness and self care. We use foam rollers, massage balls, breathing exercises, simple meditations, chakra awakening postures and affirmations providing a nurturing space to feel.
