Holistic Core Restore® ATHLETE 12



Athlete 12 has it all; 12 weeks of upping your game, upping the intensity, upping the effort and ultimately, 12 weeks of getting FITTER, FASTER, STRONGER and being able to go for longer because you’ve built a strong core and pelvic floor foundation with us and now you’re ready to roll! You will feel in athlete mode and probably have the most fun getting fitter and stronger than you have ever been. It’s OUTSTANDING and IT WORKS!

To take part in this programme, you’ll need a few additional and inexpensive items of exercise kit such as small dumbbells. A full kit list is given on application.

This programme runs for 12 weeks and you will either meet with your Coach once per week in person or work with her virtually to complete your weekly workout which are approximately 20 minutes in duration and progressed. You will also be guided through an additional workout by programme creator Jenny Burrell, so you actually have the benefit of two Coaches for the entire 12 weeks! BONUS!

On application to join this offering, you’ll be asked to complete our Pre-Screen to decide if this programme is right for you.  If it is, you’ll enter the world of Holistic Core Restore® whereby your Coach will take you through the setup and fitness testing for Athlete 12 so you have a clear benchmark to refer back to as you progress. You’ll have a login to the Holistic Core Restore® online portal and every week, a new, progressed workout with Jenny Burrell will appear ready for you to complete alongside an additional workout with me, nutrition guidance and you retain access to the online portal……FOREVER!!!

You can follow this programme 100% virtually with me too and DO NOT have to be a Holistic Core Restore® Everywoman Graduate to attend, although this is an ideal foundation to come from.  If it’s suitable for your Pelvic Health Status, after our usual pre-screening….you’ll be ‘good to go’!! If you have any unresolved Diastasis or pelvic floor dysfunction then you will be guided to an alternate programme to help build your foundations first.

The programme will start with set up, where we help you get prepared for the coming 12 weeks including taking your Fitness Test and logging your start point.  Every single week, the workout is progressed so that you get fitter, faster and stronger.

You’ll do another fitness test at half way to help you see your progress.  And 100% you will have progressed.

Then we keep going until you hit your grand finale, your final fitness test at week 12 and graduation day!

And of course, we would be remiss to not include a results guaranteed Clean Eating, simple, Fat Loss Nourishment Guide.  We wanted the best for you and so asked the best in the business, Holistic Core Restore® Coach Julie Bartlett to provide her comprehensive, tried and tested and widely successful programme as a compliment to this programme.  It’s truly no fuss, real food nutrition that will deliver big results over the course of the 12 challenging but hugely rewarding weeks of this programme.

Even though this offering is fast-paced and requires you to have no limiting factors regarding your Pelvic Health, adjustments can still be made and just like all our other offerings, can be made bespoke your physical needs.  Your Coach will tailor the advice and tuition and ‘meet you EXACTLY where you are now’  but you do not have to be a Holistic Core Restore® Everywoman Graduate to be part of this programme.
