Our Foundation course is all about reconnecting to your divine feminine through education and exercise. This is your core. Your centre.

Yoni is a Sanskrit word referring to your womb and by extension the female organs, including your Pelvic Floor. This is in the Sacral Chakra Energy centre where you need to truly, deeply reconnect and ensure a healthy flow of energy through the body. Reconnecting with your pelvic floor and core through exercise and incorporating into daily life can reduce back pain, improve posture and balance, improve sensation and bladder control and tone your tum.

In ancient cultures the Yoni is accepted as a source of female power and potential and add the connection to the moon and her emotional energy and cycles and healing from the centre you can recharge your pelvic health and life. Build strong foundations for deep strength and a whole body and mind connection. You will learn to hear her whispers or her cries for help and what you can do to strengthen that connection. Of course I recommend incorporating this with elements of Energy Healing focusing on the lower Chakra’s to support you in your journey

Women are under such a huge amount of pressure in society, and the fitness industry. This is why I run my female fitness coaching to provide the support just where you need it. We guide you through exercises that you will enjoy and strengthen your core without putting too much pressure on any weakness there. Women are different to men and the exercises that we do create a stronger core, which also helps with many other women’s issues, like back pain, mummy tummy, prolapse, sexual dysfunction, leaks and more.

This is a chance to focus on you for 8 weeks. This is for women looking to reconnect to their core and pelvic floor. To develop a love and respect for your body and to learn how to hear her when she ask for help. This might be learning to recognise signs of your pelvic floor not being able to manage and understanding how best to help. You will gain a huge understanding of your body and how powerful your femininity really is when you give yourself space to FEEL.

On application to join this offering, you’ll be asked to complete our Pre-Screen before attending.
