Introducing Athlete 12. This has it all; 12 weeks of upping your game, upping the intensity, upping the effort and ultimately, 12 weeks of getting FITTER, FASTER, STRONGER and being able to go for longer because you’ve built a strong core and pelvic floor foundation with us and now you’re ready to roll! You will feel in athlete mode and probably have the most fun getting fitter and stronger, progressively. If this course is a great fit and you are ready to start; you already have your comprehensive education booklet and all the equipment and kit you will need to follow the exercise programme in sessions and at home, for now and to keep. There may be a couple of additional pieces you may need to purchase like dumb bells ( 2kg to 5kg), so ensure you are fully prepared before you start.

You can access this programme either ONLINE or work LIVE with me so once you have your strong foundation in place and the time is right for you to work harder….at a time that suits you. £127 for the full online 12 week course.

How does it work?

  • This programme runs for 12 weeks and you will be guided through these additional workouts by programme creator Jenny Burrell and then ‘meet’ with me twice a week in person or virtually and complete your additional bonus workouts, which are approximately 20 minutes and progressed weekly targeting specific areas like upper body, lower body, and bum.
  • The programme will start with setting up, where we help you get prepared for the coming 12 weeks including taking your Fitness Test and logging your start point measurements.
  • You will need a few items of equipment, but nothing fancy. Most of it you already have from our EveryWoman programme, plus a few other items like Dumb bells that you may need to purchase before starting.
  • We also include an option for clean eating, simple, Fat Loss Nourishment.  We wanted the best for you and so asked Julie Bartlett to provide her comprehensive, tried and tested and widely successful guidance.  It’s truly no fuss and will deliver big results over the course of this programme.   • You will complete a full comprehensive online screening to make sure this programme is suitable for you ( If you have any unresolved Diastasis or pelvic floor dysfunction then you will be guided to an alternate programme to help build your foundations first)
  • Week 1: Prep Week/Goals/Shopping/Measurements/Photos/Fitness Test
    Weeks 1, 2, 3, 4 = Phase 1 – Static-ish!
    Weeks 5, 6, 7 and 8 = Phase 2 – Dynamic!
    Weeks 9, 10 and 11 = Phase 3 – Badass!
    Week 12: Summary Week, Re-evaluation and Fitness Test
  • Option to join an ongoing Maintenance Group after the 12 weeks.
