So you are probably wondering what you haven’t done yet?!
Have you reached your goals that you set in the New Year?
Did you track your progress?
Whether it was giving up smoking, eating healthier, doing more activity, starting a new class, spending less time on the phone and more with the kids, going to sleep earlier?
Whatever it was/ is. Keep an eye on your progress.
If you have done it already then give yourself a huge pat on the back. If you slipped a little then never fear, you are back on it now.
These first few months are a good indicator of how likely you are going to be to keep on with your goal.
Is it nice?
Is it not so nice?
Did you get off to a flying start and slow down with lack of motivation?
Did you keep at it slow and steady taking small steps?
It may be a little strange to be thinking of your new year goals in April, but look back on how far you have come, or not.Know where you are. Step on the gas a little more, or take your foot off.
It’s up to you but know where you are. Spring has sprung so it’s a perfect time to get back on track or to start something new.
Let me know on the Facebook page if you are on track or not. Sometimes it helps to make it a public thing and then people can check back on you to see if you did it or not.
