How often do we watch our kids play excitedly with the brand new thing, pushing aside some old favourites to play with the new thing.

We do it with kitchen appliances, or is that just me?!

I went to combat when it started, never liked it much and didn’t enjoy it and didn’t put the effort in so stopped ( Plus it was a really cliquey class and I wasn’t that cool so didn’t fit in)

The same follows with our fitness habits. We tend to jump onto the latest fitness craze to see what it is and then the next one. Are these fitness crazes actually doing what you want them to do? Are they helping you reach your goals? What are your goals? Do you have them in mind when you attend?
