6 tips to having more flexibility

You want to move more freely right?
You want to have less niggly aches and pains?

The lives we lead often mean we take less time with ourselves, on ourselves. Yes, we got kids and they come first but you got to prioritise yourself too to enable you to be even more fabulous.

What positions are we in most on the time?

Seated, slouching in the sofa, or at an office desk, hunched over the computer, even driving. Is it really a surprise when our shoulders and back have constant low aches?
